The S.T.A.A.R. (Services That Assist and Redeem) Foundation is a state-incorporated Nonprofit 501c3 agency with Christian-based principles.

Life Skills:
The purpose of the program is to promote social & emotional skills, develop interpersonal values, build positive character, increase victim awareness, provide substance education and explore restoration of family support & connections.

Positive Youth Development:
Developmental assets, building blocks of healthy development. Youth grow up healthy, caring, and responsible.
